If the idea of a relaxing (or maybe revitalising) massage in the privacy and comfort of your home appeals to you, then MASSAGE @ HOME is for you.
This is YOUR time to relax, without the hassle of going to your therapist and getting home again. With MASSAGE @ HOME your appointment comes to you. Relax at home, in a familiar and safe environment, with you favourite music in the background.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MASSAGE?
Throughout the ages massage has been valued as part of every day health, fitness and well being.

- Enable sustained relaxation of body and mind
- Improve awareness and general self-esteem

WHAT MASSAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

RELAXING/SOOTHING MASSAGE
(sometimes referred to as Holistic Massage)
- This massage is ideal if you want to relax
and unwind.
- As well as helping ease away the stress of
everyday life this massage routine will also
soothe tired limbs and aching muscles.
- A face and head massage at the end of the
session ensures a feeling of well being and
peace.

INVIGORATING MASSAGE
(sometimes referred to as Swedish Massage)
- This ideal if you like a firmer massage.
- Whilst helping to ease the stress of everyday
life, this routine tackles aches and pains
caused by tense, knotted muscles.
(This should not be confused with remedial
massage or sports massage, which are not
offered.)

A light, neutral, non-perfumed massage oil is used during both types of massage and is suitable for people with allergies/sensitive skin.

WHICH TYPE OF MASSAGE IS BEST FOR ME?
Prior to your first session a consultation will take place to ensure the massage meets your needs and requirements.
There is no additional charge for the consultation.
